Situated next to Niigata Convention Center (Toki Messe), which is one of the largest tradition centers along cost of Japan sea, the guesthouse stands along prominent Shinano River, the longest river in Japan. It takes seven mins cab ride from JR Niigata station, terminal of bullet train (Joetsu Shinkansen) from Tokyo within two hours. Also the hotel offers independent shuttle bus from a bus-stop not far from Niigata station (in facade of Hotel Rich, two hundred meters from exit of station). From Niigata Airport it's within thirty minutes cab ride. Boat terminal for Sado Island, the largest island in Japan, is within short distance. There are Chinese and Italian restaurants in hotel. It's a chic, 31-storey silver building along the Shinano River. It's the tallest building in Niigata and able to be landmark of the town. The Lobby is on the 3rd floor and is medium size with some sitting space.
