Villa Delle Palme Venice

General Information

This Villa is located in a spacious and green palm park and this is why is named Villa Delle Palme. The Villa Delle Palme is one of the majority old buildings from the Liberty period. It was constructed as a personal manor house in 1903 and restful maintains its original structure with a roomy venetian central lounge and a staircase leading to the 3 floors on the upper, where there are 3 panoramic balconies overlooking on the wonderful Venetian Lagoon. All of our rooms are provided with each contemporary comfort: Private service, Air-Conditioning, Tv-Sat, Radio, Direct Phone, Direct ADSL internet, Minibar, Safety-Box, Hairdryer. Large and very tranquil park accessible for our guests and 3 scenic terrace facing the Lagoon of Venice on the upper floor of the Villa for unwind and sun-bath. There is also an Internet Point accessible for the customers. Independent private car park for the autos in the park of the Villa. This Villa is located in a rural site. Its situation is entirely convenient: it takes just several min to get to the shady Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta (the Grand Avenue) which is considered the very heart of the island and takes to the coast. On demand, it's also possible to rent sun umbrella or cabin. The inn is also at the foot of the water bus (vaporetto) stop to go to San Marco Square and the distinguished spot of Murano, Burano, Torcello. Please, note that the reception desk is open till 23: 00 (11 pm).

Transportation

By train: From Venezia-Santa Lucia station: we recommend you to take a social vaporetto: number 51 or number 1. A constant vaporetto N (Night) amenities is also accessible. Approximate cost: three. 50 Euro for a person. Receive off at Lido, turn right and stroll along the path for 30 metres till you cross the bridge. Turn onto Via E. Dandolo, the 2nd boulevard on the left. Bungalow delle Palme is on the right hand side of Via E. Dandolo, no. 12. By plane: From Venice Marco Polo airport (VCE): we recommend you to take the Alilaguna water shuttle to Lido. Approximate cost: ten Euro for a person, luggage included. Receive off at Lido, turn right and stroll along the path for 30 m till you cross the bridge. Turn onto Via E. Dandolo, the 2nd st on the left. Bungalow delle Palme is on the right hand side of Via E. Dandolo, no. 12. From Treviso San Giuseppe airport (TSS): we recommend you to take the shuttle facilities that links Treviso airport with the Venice bus and vaporetto terminal in Piazzale Roma. From here take vaporetto number 51 or number 1. A constant vaporetto N (Night) amenities is also accessible. Approximate cost: three. 50 Euro for a person. Use the social ferry-boat facilities that leaves from Tronchetto pier, situated at the end of the long bridge that links Venice with the continental. Approximate cost for a little auto: ten. 00 Euro one way. On driving off the ferry-boat in Lido, take an urgent right and follow the highway which runs alongside the lagoon for circa 3 min, till you get to a piazza with lots of buses. Cross the park and continue direct ahead. Pass the bridge and take the 2nd highway on the left, Via E. Dandolo. Bungalow delle Palme is on the right hand side, at no. 12. Chance to garden your auto in the park of the bungalow. Please, note that the recepyion is open till 23: 00 (11 pm), so contact directly the guesthouse for late arrival.
