Our properties are commodious and accommodated with class, furnished with furnished kitchen, relaxing living room with pull out sofa beds, big bedrooms and reconstructed bathrooms with shower or bathtub. The Family Apartment is represented by a Specific Property situated in the Castello region, along the idyllic Via Garibaldi, a authentic glimpse of the autentic local life fashion. The Family Apartment is situated just hundreds metres away from: The Biennale, significant region which hosts the International Exposition of Art and Architecture, the Public Boat Stop GIARDINI and only fifteen mins away (walking distance) from the Piazza San Marco scenary. The Family room, of approximately 110smq, able to landlord up to five persons, located on the ground floor, composed by 2 bedrooms: one with queen size bed & the 2nd with three single beds. Disunite kitchen, extensive drawing room and bathroom with bathtub. A skilled hostess will meet you at the Public boat station closer to the room assigned and she will lead you to the premises without any supplementary charge until 7.30pm. Check-in after seven. 30pm are charged as follow: 7.30-11.30pm 55, after 11. 30pm 70. Please call us at least seven days prior arrival, or send us an email, to fix an appointment with your hostess. In this occasion we will assign your final destination (address and site of your apartmet) or, whether you booked Family Apartment, you'll fix the meeting and greeting right at the Giardini Boat Station. At arrival you'll be asked to pay a safety deposit by credit card (only Visa and mastercard) of 250 for damages caused to the site.

Transportation

A hostess will meet you at the Public boat station closer to the suite assigned and she will lead you to the site (included until 7.30pm). Please call at least seven days prior arrival or send us an email to fix an appointment with your hostess. In this occasion we will assign your final destination (adress and site of your apartmet). In case of delay respect your appointment previiously fixed with our hostess we kindly ask you to contact us and report us approximately your delay (the missing comunication of your delay will cause you a supplement for a 2nd Hostess service).
