Situated in the center of Venice several meters away from the boat stop San Zaccaria, and few meters away from San Marco Square.

This guesthouse is greatly beautifully situated near to the major cultural sights and at the foot of the butiques and the distinctive restaurants. The guesthouse is made up of two buildings only several meters apart from every other. Cq 05/08.

A staircase covered with a pleasant scarlet carpet and with mirrors on the walls, leads to a highly little but homely reception, which opens on the left to the brasserie & breakfast suite.

Rooms vary in size and are attractively ornamented in conventional Venetian fashion with vivid fabrics on the walls and carpets on the floors. All suites are equiped with all the contemporary comforts and are in very convenient condition. Bathrooms are also in very useful condition.

The dining room is little in size but cozy, ornamented in Venetian fashion with mirrors on the walls alternating with wooden panels. Several little glass chandeliers contribute to the suite? s embellishment and to creating a personal ambiance.
