The guesthouse is situated right in the downtown of the pretty old-fashioned Spoleto, at short distance from its attractive Basilica and the major traveller's park amusements. Spoleto is 130km from Rome and 220km from Florence, Perugia is at a distance 60km and Assisi at 45km. The restuarant is on the basement floor, with free access for the social. In keeping with the guesthouse, the restaurant features a private, informal atmosphere. The cuisine catered is mostly regional and serving distinctive dishes of the region. 2 storey Umbrian cottage, in pastel decoration. The entrance hall overlooks a little lively piazza, there are some parking spaces in the park. The inn was once an intimate cottage and the feeling it gives is a definitely Umbrian cottage. The entrance hall is a lovely region with wooden reception, vivid floors and pieces of antiques. A sofa is positioned in front of the reception desk. The region is clear and looks greatly relaxing.
