The premises dates from the eighteenth century during the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies is owned by our family since 1830. Prime tourism base for the entire of the Western part of Sicily. Our self-catering lodging proposes travelers stillness and tranquillity within mins of busy sandy beachesOur Holiday lodging is in fact a scenic balcony overlooking a big variety of hills on one side and the south beach of Sicily on the other. It's the ideal way to have entire access to Sciacca while tranquil being can retreat in a haven of green stillness. A spacious lawned park in the back for sitting out, vast panorama, independence, solitude and pleasure. Some of one of the best fish restaurants of Sicily are mins away while one of the best sandy beaches are within 15 minute drive. Within one kilometer is Sciacca with its dainty shopping, peaceful squares, bustling harbor, morning boulevard market place, and a wide range of wonderful restaurants and pubs. The common park 2500 sq. mts is made out of our green cottage, palm trees, cacti, olive and citrus trees and plenty of flowering shrubs of Sicily. A relaxing shady locality is equiped with barbecue and a dining corner (chairs, tables, hammocks and fountain ). The site is gate-accessed, so solitude is secured. Our self catering have parking places and are catered by municipal bus facilities n. 1 and five. Our self-catering lodging is equipped like a valid Italian home, with a mix of cosy present-day pieces and scenic antiques. Central heating, air conditioning, DVD, Hi.fi,CD player,Sat. TV and fans. Kitchens are entirely equipped with a superb supply of crockery, cutlery, pans, (including linen, towels and blankets). Every lodging features individual bathroom with shower and privately-owned park. Bedrooms are equiped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lighting, and radio. Cleaning is supplied prior to arrival and after departure. At no additional cost, independent big parking, mountain bikes, iron and board, and washing machine. I-net access, Wi. Fi. kids playground and an immense selection of books, games, board toys and independent telephone calls for most countries in Europe, USA and Canada (ground line).
