General Information

Casale Galati is solitary and very tranquil and silent with good-looking vistas of rolling village. The 3 self-sufficient suites, were lately converted from an extensive antique Sicilian farmhouse into self catering suites. They are serene and fresh with all modern facilities.

Apartment TRAMONTANA sleeps 6+2. It features its own disunite entry and privately-owned open-air balcony with courtyard and barbecue. Comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed a kitchen corner. Ceiling fan in every apartment. Room SCIROCCO sleeps 4+2. It features its own detach entry and a confidential open-air verandah. It consists 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, a living room with sofa bed & kitchen corner. It features air conditioning and ceiling fan. Room MAESTRALE sleeps 2+2, It features its own disunite entry. It consists one bed apartment, a living region with sofa bed, sleeps 2, a kitchen corner and a bathroom. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied weekly.

Our quality self catering lodging is on the hill of Sciacca. We are five kms out of city and seven km from one of the best beaches of the south cost of Sicily. Ideally placed for visiting the Greek temples of Agrigento, Selinunte and Segesta. Within 5 min drive you'll find restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarkets, post office, hairdressers, museum, churches and other guest park amusements.
The property is gate-accessed, so solitude is secured.

Transportation

From Palermo: Take the Motorway A29 Palermo - Mazara del Vallo, ( is the 1st exit from the airport) take direction to Mazzara del Vallo, take the exit for Castelvetrano ( 95 Km ) and follow the directions to Menfi - Sciacca. From Messina: either A18 Messina - Catania, then follow A19 Catania - Palermo, take the exit for Caltanissetta and follow directions to Agrigento and then for Sciacca. Or A20 Messina - Palermo, when in Palermo take SS624 Palermo - Sciacca. At Sciacca: follow directions to Basilica di San Calogero, after 4 km you'll discover a sign on the right hand side for Galati which points to a tarmac privately-owned highway on the left. Follow this narrow highway to the end, keeping to the right, till you get to the cottage.
