General Information

Located in the Alta Maremma district of Tuscany, Villa la Bandita is a property of 55 hectares and extends along the mountains above the Val di Cornia. It's several kilometers from the historic and beautiful countrysides of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo (Costa degli Etruschi Etruscan Riviera) which facade the range of islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. It's indeed a magical site, characterised by the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean juxtaposed with plantations of grapevines and olive trees. Our major Villa, dating back to the eighteenth century, has just been changed into an delicate and entirely Country House containing ten unsuited bedrooms. Another 14 suites are to be fond in 2 ensuite depandance La Foresteria and Gli Ulivi. All suites are appointed with original period furniture, chandeliers, matching drapes and bed spreads and differ from one another in conditions of lay out and decoration. Bungalow la Bandita is a member of the Consorzio Strada del Vino, Italy's wine association. Visits to wineries and olive oil mills able to be arranged in addition to cookery lessons.
