The guesthouse is housed in 2 disunite buildings encircled by a broad garden with a pool and tanning studio.

All the apartments are equiped with satellite television and air conditioning, and all of them have a comfortable balcony. The 275 apartments are all mini-apartments, and several of them are also equiped with a little kitchen. All the apartments situated in the major building were fully restored in 2007. The 2nd block is slightly older, but the apartments are in gorgeous condition.

The foyer locality is vast in size, and it's appointed with sofas and plants as decor.

The restaurant, ?I Cigni?, has just been modernized and ornamented in an modern style. It proposes a cozy atmosphere and an ample range of menus and wines.
