Casale Pundarika Apartment Riparbella

General Information

Casale Pundarika is a Tuscan grange in the South of the Province of Pisa. It's nestled in the folds of a characteristic Tuscan hillside that gently rolls along the Mediterranean shore. Florence is exactly at an hour by auto, the following coast at twenty mins. The closest countryside to receive at by bus is Riparbella, at an short strolling distance of approximately a kilometre. At the Casale, one immediately notices the purity of the air and the deep silence of the environs. The cottage is set in a huge, woody property, that invites to long hikes. One will hardly ever meet anybody on the tracks meandering via the typically Mediterranean vegetation. But with just a small luck and patience, one can come over much of the local wildlife, including foxes, boars, squirrels, falcons and buzzards.

Transportation

By auto :From the north, by the motorway A12 Genova-Livorno, take the exit Rosignano Marittimo, and then take the expressway direction Grosseto-Roma, and exit at Cecina North. Then follow the signs for Volterra up to the cross highway for Riparbella. After the countryside, take the highway going uphill on your right in direction of LAME-MELATINA.There, you'll already see a brown sign indicating Casale Pundarika. After 500 m, turn on the left on the dirt track, you'll find another sign similar to the 1st one. After 700 metres, you will arrive to Pundarika. Closest airport, Pisa Gallilei Airport :Fom the airport, take any train leading to Rome. Stop at the Cecina railway station. Closest railway station, Cecina: From Piazza della Liberta, take the ATL bus line for Riparbella.
