The Park Hotel in Potenza, was constructed in the sixties and features been totally refurbished and enlarged with contemporary architectural sytems that have made it very cozy. The building consists a meeting center, banqueting halls, a restaurant and 144 apartments, of which 8 able to also be used for persons with handicap. There is a non-smoking district. The major lounge is the center point from which all the other districts able to be accessed. The large use of mobile dividing walls that are sound proof, allows to establish different districts between the major lounge, the congress and the banqueting region that permit to soddisfy our visitors requirements. Its tranquil location, next to the S.S. Basentana, is to ten minuteren from city center. But simultaneously isolated from it by a roomy tree region, the complex is in a matchless situation, being between the historical heart and industrial district of Potenza and the indoor province of Potenza. The architecture reflects the guidelines of our hotel that is characterized by the diversity and the quality of its cordiality. In the entrance you? ll find the reception, the caffetteria, the administration and confortable couches for your conversations. From the lounge you are able to access the restaurant, the lobby of the congress district, the Tv suite and the banqueting lounge, in addition to this, 4 districts for little conferences. The elegant restaurant, that able to accomodate up to 130 persons, brings together the architectonic and the gastronomical qualities of our hotel. It's also open to the outside clientele. The inn customers have 260 auto spaces, 50 of which are in the garage.

Arriving from Roma-Naples-Salerno exit to Sicignanodegli Alburni, continuing for about 50 kilometers. after the exit Potenza Centro the guesthouse is to two kilometers on the right. from Reggio calabria Freeway A3exit of: Atena Lucana, follow direction Brienza andexit Brienza-Potenzafollow direction Potenza E847. the Hotel is two kilometers after exit Potenza centro. from Metaponto-Matera-Bari:Exit Potenza Centro, take the opposite direction metaponto for two KM and you'll find the guesthouse on the right.
