General Information

Majestic Hotel Portovenere is an old Franciscan abbey from the year 1600, it's a 4 star hotel situated on the sea facade opposite of Palmaria island and facing the ancient countryside with its tower-houses. A stroll along the haven with its boutiques, the typical restaurants and cafes on the basin of the ferry-boat that takes to Cinque Terre.

8 extensive Junior Suites, with panorama of small port and the Palmaria island.
2 Senior Suites with a large terrace with sea scene situated close to the Cinque Terre.
More than half of the suites have a sea scene, some able to be reserved with astonishing balconies.

On the restaurants pleasant verandah a smorgasbord is catered and Chefs Giordano Tacchini‘s cooking that is mainly of fresh sea fish of the Gulf of Poets and Cinque Terre is catered on the verandah too.
