General Information

The B&B is positioned on the 2nd floor of a castle built in the early decades of XX century, furnished with elevator. It features 4 suites with double bed, 2 of which have the third single bed, all with TV. Our dear guests able to smoke in all the apartments, because there are windows or balconies. 2 bathrooms shared, neighboring to the apartments, are offered with shower and a kit including soap and shampoo. The b&b "casa nova" is located in the very city center, close to prominent memorials such as massimo theatre,politeama, the magnificent cathedral and other picturesque churchs. the b&b looks on one of palermo 4 historic and popular markets: capo. at the foot of the b&b, there are plenty of pub, restourants and brasserie such as champagneria, candelai, some specific and alternative pub such as "exit" and other ones. from the b&b it is possible to move easly by foot or by bus; the railway station is far approximately 800 metres; it is possible to arrive to the airport by pullman or by metro (i.e.train). in palermo there are a lot of other turistic sights such as the prestigious pellegrino mountain where at the upper it is possible to go through the sumptuous palermo whirlpool and to stay s. rosalia sanctuary; the good seasides such as mondello e sferracavallo. close to palermo there are also enjoyable provinces: bagheria(guttuso city) and monreale with her prime cathedral.
