“Casa Flavia” situated in the center of historical midst of Orvieto is an self-sufficient suite of 50 sq. mt composed by kitchen, dining-living suite with TV and divan-bed, shower and a bathroom, a spacious (22 m2) double apartment (can easily added one/two additional beds) and a broad verandah (25 m2) over terraces where is possible to sit in the sun or to have romantic dinner under the moon (service not included !).Apartment features autonomous heating system, air conditioning, the entire kitchen furniture with refrigerator, 4-burner gas, electric oven, toaster, coffee-machine, water-boiler. Moreover there is clothes washing machine, hair dryer etc..TV with BBC Channel. Just out of the suite (it is ten mt from the central street “Corso Cavour” of the town) is possible to find characteristic restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, I-net points and any sort of shopping You need. All cultural and tourist's pleasing region of historical heart are within 250 mt from the suite. In Orvieto You able to find art, heritage, architecture, unwind, and, an oenogastronomy that makes Orvieto widely-known in the world. Upon demand (if available) is possible to garden in a personal region just opposite the suite (not included in the flat price).
