This is a trendy government type building, extremely well maintained. The entrance hall is manned all day long by an impeccably dressed porter and a scarlet carpet is laid out beneath the major entry.

Executive apartments are commodious in size and feature a big entry leading to a chic and well furnished living room that consists of up-to-date amusement conveniences and a personal dining district.

The marbled master bathroom consists of a lavish vanity, deep European soaking tub, bidet, walk-in shower, heated marble floors and towel rack, and steam-resistant mirrors.
