General Information

The Residence sits in a panoramic, quiet position in the midst of a placid 1500 piazza meter olive grove approximately just one kilometers from the coast. The Residence Bellavista has just been utterly reconditioned and features a entire of seven rooms. The cottage is in a scenic situation above the gulf of Manerba del Garda, in the very heart of the city, close to services such as bakery, a butcher boutique, supermarket, and news-stand. It features a kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers, a sun veranda and a little lawn with coast chairs. Open-air Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18. 30 pm and is available to the general social. The Residence consists of restaurant (open from May to September) and brasserie with lake vista veranda and an intimate car park unguarded. Customers able to select optionally breakfast.

Transportation

By Auto: From A4 motorway take Desenzano exit. Keep to this highway following the signs for Padenghe del Garda, Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda. When you come at the double roundabout for Manerba del GardaAt the 1st roundabout take the right exit. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd right exit. In 200 mt. you'll come to a fork, take the right fork onto November IV st. Follow this to the end going direct on at the roundabout. At the T-junction turn left onto Via D'Annunzio. At the 2nd T-junction turn left again onto Via Marchesini. This takes you to the Piazza San Bernardo Where you turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto. After 500 mt. Bellavista Residence is on the right hand side. You have arrived. Please note!!: the highway opposite the residence is closed because of a market place each Friday from 07: 00 14:00. In July and August, each Tuesday, the highway is also closed because of the evening market place, with live music, from 17: 00 24:00.
