The guesthouse consists of the central blocks of the Eucaliptus resort which means it shares a splendid swimming pool, opposite the "piazzetta colonna" from where a foot passenger path reaches the start of the coast, situated at approximately two hundreds meters. Wonderfully integrated in a garden of trees, bunchs of flowers, lawns, all suites enjoy prestigious terraces, liven up by foot passenger routes and by the integration of woodland, granitic stones, arches and beams, characterizing the entire settlement. The 86 suites are divided in "standard", "lateral sea view" and "front sea view" and are all furnished with colour satellite television, secure, minibar, phone, hair-dryer and several of them with veranda or verandah. The 12 suites are divided in "one apartment flat", "two apartment flat", "three apartment flat with an attic" and "three apartment flat" and are all furnished with a kitchen region. The fame of "Golfo of Marinella" is now enriched by the surrounding traveller's harbor "Marana", by our "Colonna Beach Hotel & Residence" which features 220 beds in entire, and by the best beaches in the Mediterranean Sea, "Marinella Beach". It's furnished with a fine and vigorous restaurant, opposite to the park, in neighborhood of the swimming pool tanning studio and at the foot of the American brasserie, meeting and reference point to often listen to live music.

Golfo di Marinella is approximately ten kilometers far away from Olbia, five kilometres from Golfo Aranci, five kilometres from Porto Rotondo and 12 kilometers from the milestone showing the start of the Costa Smeralda. It's famous since the time CIF, part of the ITI Hotels Group started building at the start of the seventies.
