It is a captivating spot to stay the picturesque towns of Umbria (Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi, Spoleto,Terni...) due to the road E45 (3 km from bandb).

Auto is required. How to reach the bandb:- From Florence: direction Roma A1, exit Val di Chiana-Bettolle, direction Perugia-Foligno exit Foligno NORD; - From Rome: Direction Firenze A1, exit Orte, directionTerni-Spoleto-Foligno exit Foligno NORD; - From Milan: direction Bologna-Cesena A1, exit Cesena E45, direction Perugia-Foligno exit Foligno NORD; - From Bari: direction Ancona A14, exit San Benedetto del Tronto, direction Ascoli Piceno-Norcia-Foligno exit Foligno NORD. Exit Foligno Nord, then: follow directions to Protezione Civile. When you reach the Fire Station turn left. Follow the signs for Treggio. When you reach Treggio don't stop interior the countryside but continue on the major highway for approximately one kilometer.
