Residenza Giotto is a little and friendly building with only six bedrooms located in a flat on the upper floor of a 19th century castle, with a elevator, in the center of Historic Florence, in front of the Cathedral and Giotto's Bell Tower. These vistas able to be delighted from your bedroom windows and from the guesthouse verandah. Its vicinity to the railway station Santa Maria Novella, the Exhibition Center of Fortezza da Basso, and the Congress Palace, in addition to all the major memorials of Florence, makes it perfect for both those on work and those who would like to fully admire the historical and cultural ambience of the city. For a lovely and relaxing visit in Florence, you find at Residenza Giotto a festive and hospitable ambience and an lodging with all comforts. Our apartments, delicately furnished with real antiques and current items, are offered with individual bathroom, air conditioning, phone and minibar. We are at your command for any data for your going around Florence, and when you arrive back you can have a rest enjoying the sumptuous vista from our verandah. The Reception is open from 9 am to five pm during the weekdays, from 9. 00 am to 1. 00 pm on Sundays and Holidays. Please contact our reception desk to organize your coming time. However, we provide Our Guests all the keys they need to be utterly free. Whether you wish to come to Florence by auto, we have established a unique agreement with a garage who applies particular rates for our Guests. They come at the Residenza and pick up your auto and they bring it back each time you need it without supplementary fees.

Transportation

From the airport of Florence: by cab (price 10-12 Euros); by bus to Florence Train Station (Santa Maria Novella)From the Train Station Santa Maria Novella: by cab (price five Euros); on foot take Via Panzani and Via de Cerretani until Piazza del Duomo (the Florence Cathedral), then take on the right Via Roma (five min on foot)By auto: from motorway A1 (E45) exit at Firenze-Certosa, follow directions to Florence City Center, cross Galluzzo and go direct on. After approximately 1, five Km, at traffic lights turn right, cross the 2nd one and turn left at the third traffic lights, follow the 3 lined st up to Porta Romana Square. Cross the arch and go everytime direct on for approximately 1 Km, cross the bridge and go direct on. After the traffic lights go direct on for approximately 200 mt then turn right, cross the highway and before driving in Duomo Square turn right in Via Roma.
