Niccolo features superbly melt together in its Serviced Apartments the classic florentine fashion – cotto floors (terracotta tiles), frames in walnut and oak forest, golden tapestry... – with all up-to-date amenities – self-regulating heating and air conditioning, video-housephone, direct-dial up phone and Internet access.. – offering our Guests the solitude and the charme of a valid Florence Home along with a top quality amenities, for living Florence from a matchless and pleasing perpective.

Some facing the river Arno and the Michelangelo hill and David on the upper, some others with a panorama on the vermilion roofs and bell towers, and others overlooking peaceful courtyards on the rear, our Apartments are 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom flats sleeping from two up to 4/5 persons, with double beds (king or queen size) or twins, drawing room with sofa-bed(s) and television corner and dining district with kitchenette fully furnished, and shower and a bathroom. In the largest it's possible to organize an additional bed for a child or a baby cot, free.

The Reception is open during office time for any need or news during complete Guests’ stay; interior the site lives also a Housekeeper who takes attention of our Apartments, and who is everytime on spot at Guests’ disposal, even for late check-in or early check-out, 24/24hours.

The Aparthotel features a Private Parking spot just adjacent to the site (on demand, with additional charge).
