Rooms vary in size and are beautifully decorated in pastel colours, with contemporary furniture. They are illuminated by a lot of natural light. The carpet is blue, and the walls are white. The bedspreads are light blue, and all apartments are equiped with wooden furniture. Both apartments and bathrooms are in very proper terms, fitted in marble.

The foyer is little in size and provided in an amiable and existent fashion. The wooden reception is opposite the entry. The entrance locality is encircled by windows facing the park, which makes the region highly luminous, and it opens to a trendy equipped seating district compound of purple carpets and dark leather sofas. It also leads to the restaurant/breakfast suite.

The restaurant, 'Antico Porto', is entirely roomy and opens to a patio in the park, where breakfast and meals able to be catered during the warm season.
