General Information

Casa al Ponte is a capacious bungalow located at the old town of Figline Valdarno which is in the very heart of a triangle formed by the towns of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Florence is around 30km away and both Siena and Arezzo are within simple get to. The swimming pool is situated a few meters from the bungalow in the pretty well kept terraces. There is a modish oven with gas hobs, a microwave oven, dishwasher and self-sufficient standing fridgefreezer. To the right of the hall, steps lead up to a utility suite with washing machine and internal access to the covered loggia, this features a door out to the park close to the pool. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, every one of which is privately, furnished with a taste. On the right is a capacious bedroom with a double bed with painted scrollwork bed frame.
