General Information

Enjoyable B and B close to FlorenceAn old mill on the Arno dating back to the 13th century and restful intact in its fascination. It's totally encircled by nature and situated in the proximity of a little countryside providing a brasserie, a newsstand, some butiques and a restaurant. The midst of Florence lies less than five Km away and is easily accessible by auto, by bus or by a bike path running along the riverside. There are capacious and well-appointed open-air spaces (the park and the verandah provide onto the river). Breakfast is offered in a balcony. The bedrooms, baths and a disunite lounge occupy a wing that is fully reserved to customers. In a finely reconstructed setting, the bedrooms are beautifyed with antiques and are offered with satellite-dish tv. A refrigerator is obtainable. Private car park and probability of bikes chartering. The BandB is dipped in the scenery of green mountains that form the dale of the river. It's a veritable little refuge of stillness. From here one can freely stay complete artistic prosperity and history of the town due to the prime connections (by bus, bicycle or car) or dedicate one's time to investigating the environment of Florence, avoiding town traffic. The bus stop is situated only two hundred meters from the BandB. This bus line (14A) with frequent runs crosses complete historical heart, reaches the Trade Fair and Exposition Center and ends at the Main Hospital.
