Residence Domaso

General Information

Residence of recent construction run by a family, it's situated in the tourist's and entirely zone of Domaso, distinctive fishermen's suburb of Lake Como features carried on his historical peculiarity even with the discovery of his traveller's vocation. Our holiday home includes 8 two-room flats and six three-room flats which allow to landlord from four to seven persons every flat. They are all well customized and equipped with dishwasher, freezer, satellite television, Wi-Fi connection, reserved garage and they have big balconies and terraces south exposed. Tanning studio, 2 swimming pools (one with furnished for young kids), hot tub, sauna, gymnasium, play apartment with ping pong and fussball and centralized washhouse accessible for our customers. Lake, stream, landing stage, shops, bars, pharmacy, banks, doctor, gas station, tennis, football,sailing, windsurf and water ski schools and church which able to all be reached by foot( from 50 to 300 mt.)- hospital at two km- Menaggio hole golf club (18 holes), at 20 km.- International airport Malpensa at 90 km.- Milan 107 km- Como 53 km- Bellagio 25 km-Lugano 47 km- Saint Moritz 78 kilometers. Domaso is a heaven for windsurf and saling admirers thanks to Breva, typical continuous wind and the diamond waters of the lake and the large beaches will provide good relaxed baths. The hills around allow the chance of pleasurable walkings, either by foot or mountain bike, encircled by uncontamined sceneries, until 1800 mt of altitude. Its lake, Como Lake or Lario, features constantly been known as an international tourist's destination for its mild weather and its natural beauties and, thanks its enviable situation, features been known as a residence and unwind zone. Plenty of celebrated persons, since the past, have been living or stayed along the Lario: form Plinio, Leonardo, Volta, Bellini, Byron and Adenauer to nowadays persons as Klinsmann, Shevecenko, Seedorf, Mourinho, Versace, Madonna, Clooney and a lot of more.
