La Spiga is a little Country House Hotel, built in 2005 by the Italian owner and his English wife, located in the Langhe district south of Turin in its own restful and privately-owned terraces in a sunny situation over looking mountains and fields. La Spiga is a nice venue for strolling, cycling, golfing, and for visiting the plenty of plantations of grapevines and cellars surrounding to example some of one of the best wines in Italy(Barolo ,Barbaresco,Barbera,nebbiolo being the majority famous). Whether you like outstanding shopping in a romantic town with plenty of period bars and tasteful squares, Turin is only 45 minute drive, or whether you desire, a visit to the Mediterranean Sea is only 1 hour away. La Spiga features a Reading Room, plenty of gardens and patios, swimming pool, privately-owned terraces and car park, air conditioning in the whole hotel and its own A la Carte Restaurant serving between October to January the noted White Alba Truffles. Transportation

From Turin please take the highway E7 direction Savona, exit at Marene, Cherasco, follow for Cherasco and after the pay toll at the roundabout take the 3rd exit direction La Morra, look for our sign approximately 1 mile up the highway. From Milan take the Motorway E62 direction Genova, look for the highway E70, take direction for Turin, ext at Asti Est, take direction for Asti, and after look for Alba. You'll be on a dual carriageway after Alba look for La Morra, when in La Morra take direction Cherasco, two miles down the hill you'll see our sign on your right.
