The Hotel Al Madarig (the Steps) bears the old arabic name of Castellammare del Golfo (Sicily) and stands pleased on a huge square which overlooks the sea, where the haven was constructed by the local persons from Segesta more than 2000 years ago. Walking along the inn st, a highly narrow and panoramic stroll, you'll get to the Norman Arabic palace, and from there, stepping down a stone stairway, you are able to adore the quaint small harbor. In the Al Madarig restaurant you are able to feel the characteristic flavours of Italian and Sicilian cuisine and its celebrated wines.
