General Information

Baglio Case Colomba' is located in the mountains of western Sicily. In antique times, the highway linking the essential Elymian towns of Erice and Segesta passed via the region. The rural farmhouse, built around a patio, dates from the end of the 19th century. Despite new renovations, all of its original has have been protected intact. The site is encircled by lush orchards that make a range of fruits during all the year. Fresh farm make able to also be bought from neighbouring houses. In ideal accord with this bountifulness of unspoiled nature, traces of human activities of days long gone able to be seen in antique tuna farms, watermills and petite harbours, testimony to the strong ties that have everytime bound Sicily's populations to this wealthy and luxurious land. Transportation

Trapani - Palermo freeway - exit Fulgatore. To the stop turn left, to exceed the Fulgatore and to the crossing with the indication Buseto Palizzolo and Ballata turn right. The highway knows them in hill, to arrive till Ballata (one fraction of Erice), to exceed it and to the crossing turn right for Buseto Palizzolo. After about one kilometer. you'll see the cartel Baglio Case Colomba. on the right. From Fulgatore exit my cottage there are about eight kilometers.
