It's situated in an unspoiled situation and it has just been renewed to propose a tranquil lodging. The apartments are disposed on 2 floors painted in various colors: yellow and blue. The structure was constructed in 1873, refurbished in April 2001, lies adjacent to the other houses of small idyllic countryside of Brunate. You have the option of reaching the inn through a little path amongst the houses. 'La Fraccia, La Capeleta, ul doss e la Strada de Piz' was the natural path for persons desiring to spend some relaxing moments in an idyllic and green zone close to the lake and the very heart of Como. The Hotel proposes 11 apartments, all with en-suite bathroom and catered with up-to-date facilities including TV and phone. Some of our apartments have the balcony from where you have a glorious panorama of the environs. The bathrooms are well equipped and catered with shower, towels and hairdryer. The suites have entirely easy wooden furniture but simultaneously it's greatly picturesque. The walls in a soft blue and yellow tone, provide to the apartments a soothing atmosphere.
