General Information

Here, we are in the very heart of the area of Umbria, in a ideal location, only 12kms from Assisi and 20kms from Perugia. The gorgeous swimming pool (7 x 15 metres. - open JuneSept. ) is set on a panoramic balcony with a fabulous view of Assisi, the Umbria vale and the mountains around Perugia. The farm proposes vacation lodging in three farmhouses; one overlooking east close to the swimming pool and the other 2 only 50m away, on the other side of a tranquil highway which leads to the idyllic town of Bettona (1km). The 2 neighbouring houses have a shared porch and all the houses are embedded in nicely maintained parks with majestic olive groves, whose olives make the farms marvellous supplementary virgin olive oil, allowing customers to bring some of the flavour of their vacation home. The suites are all extensive and well-furnished with wrought iron beds and solid wooden furniture. Some have 2 bathrooms and hearth with outside park districts and verandas on the ground floor. Like arriving to the farm weekends: FROM NORTH: Motorway A1 Florence-Rome, Valdichiana retreat Perugia direction. Exceeded Perugia to continue on the E45 in direction Cerni - Rome, Torgiano retreat. To head then towards Bettona and till Passage of Bettona. The company catches up through one little highway that combines Bettona to Passaggiodi Bettona. From SOUTH: Freeway A1 Rome - Florence. Orte retreat, Perugia direction till exceeding Todi and Deruta on the E45. Torgiano retreat to head then towards Bettona.
