Le Capanne Hotel Arezzo

General Information

A farm of the seventeenth centuty in the past....today the Hotel Le Capanne is a little state hotel that proposes 17 various suites and suites. All suites has Internet access, safe, complimentary mini-bar, personalised heatingac system and satellite Tv. In the common suites at the ground and 1st level visitors have at their disposal 2 roomy living suites with fire places, a billiard desk at the brasserie, a small library and television suite and and i-net point with a twenty-four hours easy access. Our big swimming pool and tanning studio are open for visitors in summer time and as well at their disposal there is a personal car park, park, porch, brasserie and a restaurant. The reception desk is open from seven: 30 a.m. to 11: 30 p.m.; there is a clothes laundering service, a wake up call amenities in addition to apartment facilities (with limited hours). The Hotel is situated at only four kilometers from the historical midst of Arezzo but nestled in the midst of the rural area amongst hay and tobacco fields in addition to sunflowers.

Transportation

By auto: From the train station of Arezzo: turn left on Viale Piero della Francesca. When at the roundabout take the third exit (Via Baldaccio d'Anghiari) and keep driving to the next roundabout. Take the 2nd exit, drive past the underpass and turn left on Viale Cittadini. Turn right on Via Vittorio Veneto at the 2nd traffic light. Keep driving direct following the sign for Siena and for Zona Industriale San Zeno. When at the traffic light of the countryside of San Zeno keep driving direct and after approximately 700 m, turn left toward the Arezzo Equestrian Center. From North: take the A1 south and right outside the exit of Arezzo, turn left following the sign for Arezzo. Turn directly at the 1st crossroad following the sign for Zona Industriale San Zeno. Keep driving direct for 2-3 kms till you get to a traffic light, turn right and after approximately 700 m turn left following the sign for the Arezzo Equestrian Center. From South: take the A1 north and right outside the exit Monte San Savino, turn left following the highway till the entrance hall of the Raccordo Siena-Arezzo, then keep driving toward Arezzo. At the end of the RAccordo, turn left at the traffic light and after approximately 700 m turn left again following the sign for the Arezzo Equestrian Center. From Cortona o Perugia: drive on the SSSP 71 toward Arezzo. After the small countryside called Il Matto turn left only fifty mt before the sign Madonna di Mezzastrada and keep driving direct all the way to the end of the highway. Turn left on the white gravel highway and drive for approximately 400 mt. The guesthouse Le Capanne is situated at 400 m from the Equestrian Center along the white gravel highway that starts from there. We are waiting for the joy of hospitable you.
