Situated in the centre of the Tuscan village, Borgo di Vagli is a quaint, meticulously reconstructed fourteenth century Hamlet encircled by a preserved district of olive trees, fruit trees and antique oaks. From the gardens, you are able to enjoy glorious views of the stunning Tuscan mountains, including a miraculous panorama of the 10th century Pierle palace. Borgo di Vagli is the result of a 10 year restoration project conceived and executed by celebrated restoration engineer Fulvio Di Rosa. The efforts of Fulvio have allowed Borgo di Vagli to maintain much of its original feel, ambience, and spell without compromising present-day day comforts. Borgo di Vagli is for those who adore the spell of ducking under 600 year antique low doorways, catching picturesque vistas through little windows cut through thick stone walls. Amongst the old architecture you'll find authentic rustic amenities and Tuscan antiques, terra cotta floors, wooden beam ceilings, fully furnished kitchens and homely bathrooms, handcrafted cutlery, satellite TV, high speed Internet connections and stylish Busatti linens.
