General Information

Converted from Queen Anne stables in 1798, Rathsallagh is an ample 4* Grade A farmstead embedded in 530 acres of silent park with its own walled park - all encircled by the noble Rathsallagh Golf Club. It's central to some of a most beautiful village in eastern Ireland yet Dublin is less than one hour's drive away. The O'Flynn family and their personnel anticipate to friendly you to Rathsallagh. The ambience is cheerful and relaxed with log and turf fires, central heating throughout and beautiful bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Rathsallagh House is a Queen Anne stables converted into living lodging after the original cottage was burnt out during the rebellion of 1798. Today, and to compliment the prize winning restaurant there are 29 deluxe bedrooms at Rathsallagh, all en-suite and all personally named are embellished.

Transportation

From Dublin Airport take the M50 south to M7. Take the M7 south for Cork, exit blend 11 to M9 southbound, heading for Waterford Carlow and Kilkenny. Exit Junction three for the R747 Baltinglass. At the following T mix take a left onto the R448 for Crookstown. Pass Crookstown facilities station and take the following right for Dunlavin. three kilometers for Rathsallagh House and Rathsallagh Golf Club. From Cork the South. Take the N8 M7 for Dublin. Leave the M7 at blend 12 and take the 4th exit onto the R413. At roundabout take the first exit onto the R413 (signposted Kilcullen).. Entering Kilcullen follow sign for Dunlavin ( R412) Coming into Dunlavin pass the Court House ( its in the midst of the boulevard! ) on your right then turn directly at the T mix Continue on this highway for three miles and Rathsallagh is on your left. For the Golf Club continue on for another 500 m and take a left. From Watherford Carlow Kilkenny. Exit M9 northbound heading for Waterford Carlow and Kilkenny. Exit Junction three for the R747 Baltinglass. At the following T combination take a left onto the R448 for Crookstown. Pass Crookstown facilities station and take the following right for Dunlavin. three kilometers for Rathsallagh House and Rathsallagh Golf Club.
