Rooms “Felitsia” are located in Agios Ioannis – Pelion only ten – 15 mins away from all the beaches around the region and only three mins away from the central coast and countryside of Agios Ioannis. It's also only 25 min away from the ski heart in Chania Pelion. It operates year round long.

Each and each Apartment is highly wide 34 piazza metres (there is an suite of 2 disunite suites – 44 piazza metres that able to bestow up to five persons) and comprise: Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, autonomous central heating, tv, phone, ceiling fan, secure and hair dryer. All the suites (except of the two-room room that features vista from its windows to the sea) have extensive balconies with splendid and excellent vista to the Aegean Sea and the beaches.
