Dining Information

Thanks its volcanic nature, local goods are produced in little quantities but are of wonderful quality. Santorini produces some of one of the best wines from all over the world such as 'nichtere', 'brusko', 'malavazias' and 'Visanto'. A particular hybrid of little delicious tomatoes are grown and exported to make the notable 'belte' (tomato paste). Furthermore Santorini exports pumice stone, used worldwide.
