The major highway makes a sharp turn to the right and goes entirely steeply downhill. You do NOT follow the highway down, but turn to the left into a little boulevard. You follow it, it turns slightly to the right and you'll find yourself at a basketball playground. Go direct on into a greatly, highly narrow boulevard and at the end of it, turn left. This hotel is the 1st one on the right, but it doesn't show from the highway.
