The site is embedded in its own terraces, encircled by olive trees, just off the major highway which leads down to the coast of Valtos. The complex proposes an open-air swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for those who love water and furthermore sun verandah where visitor able to appreciate the sun during their visit at the complex.

The studios are just 600 m stroll away from Valtos coast which makes convenient for those who would like to appreciate the sea and the coast. In the opposite direction is a little highway after passing a choice of taverns, which lead to a Venetian Castle with its breathtaking views over the city and harbor of Parga.
