The Hotel-Cafe-Kaiserhof is in the midst of the energetic town of Saarbrucken and simple to find. It features prime links to local social transportation and to the highway net, and is just ten minutes from the ancient town. The guesthouse is also a matchless base for cyclists with cycle paths at the foot of the hotel - the French border is only 6km away and the Saarschleife towards Trier is an captivating 50km ride. The stopping point of the Saarschiffsfahrt, the Saar State Theatre (Saarlandische Staatstheater), a few museums, Saarbrucken Castle, the government quarter and a lot of other park amusements are just several minutes away on foot. Transportation

Arriving by auto: From Mannheim, Kaiserslautern and Luxembourg, Merzig, Saarlouis. Motorway (A620) as far as exit 18 Bismarckbrucke, over the river Saar to the second set of traffic lights. Turn right here into Mainzer Strae. After ca. three hundred meters at the 1st fusion (Uhlandstrae) we able to be found on the left-hand side. Car parking on place. For your GPS enter Uhlandstrae 20, instead of Mainzer Strae 78. The guesthouse is situated in the St. Johann area. Arriving by train: Coming from Saarbrucken major train stationHauptbahnhof take the tram (Saarbahn) for four stops till you get to Uhlandstrae. Turn into Uhlandstrae and you'll see the Hotel after approx. 50 m on the left.
