Our restaurant, with its home-cooking and local feel, is distinguished for its hearty German cuisine, game and above all its trout dishes, with its image spreading far behind the city of Goslar. The game is taken from the woodland of the Harz hills, and the trout we breed ourselves. The region interior the restaurant provides space for 200 visitors, and the open-air region of the ale park features suite for 100 clients. Please take into consideration that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
