It also features enchanting park vistas and is on the top floor comprising a cloakroom, lounge with library, sitting suites (complete with LCD TV, CD radio, DVD), bedroom with double bed (LCD TV), kitchen (LCD TV) and bath with WC (washing machine incl. dryer). The exclusively equipped attic belongs to the vacation suite with double bed & extending couch, in addition to bath with WC and shower. This floor able to be used as a cubicle, workroom and day apartment. The top floor and attic are connected by a staircase which is not good for disabled tourists.

Transportation

Leave the autobahn at the Dresden-Nord exit before turning onto Radeburger Strasse heading towards the downtown. Continue by means of Hansastrasse till you reach Bahnhof Dresden Neustadt (Dresden-Neustadt railway station). At the crossroads, visit on the right-hand side and continue into Hainstrasse till you get to Palaisplatz, into which you need to turn left. At the 2nd crossroads turn right and over the Carolabrucke (bridge). Take the 1st left after crossing the bridge into Pillnitzer Strasse and go as far as the crossroads on Fetscherplatz. Go direct through then take the 2nd right into Krenkelstrasse. Carry on along Krenkelstrasse till you reach Stresemannplatz, then turn into Heubnerstrae.
