Our cottage is located directly adjacent to the wood, in a specially attractive and highly lively and elegant part of the Wiehengebirge - the Bad Essen mountains. The highly prominent Wittekindsweg (a strolling path travelled by many), runs directly adjacent to our cottage. We are located 25 kilometers east of Osnabrück and approx. 50 kilometers west of Porta Westfalica.

The Altes Berghaus provides you the cozy, warm and familiar atmosphere of a greatly conventional guesthouse, which looks back on a long heritage, yet is silent greatly amiable and enchanting to clients nowadays and awakes a feeling of trust and sense of well-being.
