Villa Lafabregue Prades

General Information

We are an English family providing luxury bed & breakfast, and giteapartment lodging at Villa Lafabregue, in the very heart of the city of Prades, just a five minute stroll from boutiques, restaurants and pubs. The cottage was constructed in the 1870's and it sits in an acre of ground the entire with swimming pool, at your command. All rooms in the hotel have either adjacent shower apartments or bathrooms. 3 of the apartments have gardens and vistas of the Pyrenees to either the West or South. It's located in Prades, and is exactly a five minute stroll into the city center for restaurants and boutiques, and makes a ideal base for exploration the plenty of offerings of the area.

Transportation

From PerpignanRivesaltes Airport head out towards Perpignan. At the roundabout, ancient planes on your left, go direct ahead for Perpignan, and visit in right hand lane taking almost immediately the slip highway heading south down the N9. Travel for several kms passing exits for 'Haut Vernet' and then 'Bas Vernet'. The highway goes through a built up region in the suburbs of Perpignan. At this point you'll cross the Tet river. Visit in the close to side lane as once you have almost crossed you'll discover a sign for Prades and immediately turn right to run parallel with the river (careful as this is simple to miss). The Drive along to Prades is signposted for approximately 40 Km. As you approach Prades you'll get to a roundabout where you take the 2nd exit, as though you're going direct on. You'll have a tyre fitter on your right and pass the city twinning signs. You'll have Intermarche (supermarket) and Weldom (DIY) on your right. Carry direct on into a narrow one way high boulevard, Avenue General de Gaulle. Head all the way through till you reach a T junctioncrossroads. You should have a boulangerie on your right. You have 3 choices, take the middle one which from the mix takes you direct across. You're in Avenue Louis Prat. On the left, approximately a 100 meters on there are some spacious green gates. Turn into and you have arrived. Sign on the wall says Lafabregue. Whether you get to the Clinique St Michel or traffic lights you have gone to far.
