The hotel owes his name to Jean Hector de Fay, Marquis de la Tour Maubourg and creator of the Forging Mills of Gueugnon in 1724. The new refurbishment in year 2006 features been conceived in memory of his pioneering spirit.
The guesthouse is compound of 16 apartments and 1 Junior Suite, all personally designed using pleasant materials and relic furniture providing historical accents. Original mouldings, fire places, the fabulous spiral staircase and the vaulted vault have been combined with up-to-date and deluxe comfort.
