The guesthouse is situated in the center by the site of Trocadero, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and within short distance of the Arc de Triomphe.

The hotel features been nicely converted and features a the entire makeover, the recent proprietors have turned this property into a delicious and welcoming 3* 1st class hotel. Delightful for all kinds of travelers.

Just recently repaired in summer months 2008, small to medium sized suites are pleasingly equipped in classical fashion with some modern has (eg flat screen TV) and they contain all the significant amenities for a three-star 1st category hotel. The bathrooms are in of a very proper stardard, with white tiling.

The hotel features no restaurant. The dining room is situated on the lower first floor. It's original in decoration, with the emphasis on the brilliant curtains and stonewall.

The foyer is little, comprising a reception and a pleasing seating region. Completely renovated in summer months 2008, it's impeccable in decoration, with white walls and dark brown tiles, and cozily provided with enchanting, ornate armchairs and sofa.
