Le Grand Ecuyer Hotel Cordes-sur-Ciel

General Information

A old-fashioned, glutton ambiance prevails in this old hunting lodge of the Count of Toulouse, located in Cordes-sur-ciel, one of a most beautiful countrysides in France. It became a listed building in the nineteenth century. De Gaulle, Pompidou, Mitterrand and Camus all liked to visit here, and it's simple to go through why. With its 13th century walls, beams, parquet floors and 18th century furniture, the refined setting appealed to them.
