General Information

The Residence is in the center of a park full of Mediterranean trees, in the residential region of La Croix des Gardes. Built round a manor house, the Residence includes 1 or two levels, with a line of columns, terraced roofs and pastel facades. In the residence, the La Croix des Gardes quarter features plenty of spots providing a sweeping vista of the 270 m² overflowing swimming-pool overhaging Cannes Bay, the Lerins Islands and the scarlet rocks of the Esterel.
The residence is specially suitable for young kids: a playground, a paddling pool and terraces.
Moreover, there are sports ground, venue for young persons (only in July/August) with Internet access.
The coast is 800 meters away (paying shuttle amenities available). Coast / city center self-sufficient shuttle each thirty minutes, running five days a month in July and six days a month in August.
