General Information

In Calvi- under the benevolent gaze of the statue of Notre Dame de la Serra - is La Villa; almost reminiscent of a Corsican dream as it faces the stronghold and 1 of a most beautiful bays in the world. Marion and Jean-Pierre Pinelli made our hotel over 15 years ago. The water of the infinity pool in the midst of the verandah seems to be purposefully seeking a way to unite the Mediterranean. The understated and modern design of the suites promises entire recreation. In the kitchen- Christophe Bacquie takes Corsican and Mediterranean cuisine to recent heights and reserves a starring role for fresh fish and shellfish. His dishes capture the essence of the Island of Beauty- such as his tasty and lately caught Dentex fish or cliff fish catered with grille mushrooms- baby onions- recent potatoes- basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
