General Information

The Hotel Kristal is situated in in Umag, a dreamy waterside city in northern Istria, the gaming and amusement heart with present-day slot machines and gaming tables, the seafood Allegro Restaurant, bars in hotel and Casino. There is also a Teatro lounge hosting prominent Italian, Croatian and International stars.

Hotel Kristal features 80 apartments, and four apartments. All apartments are equiped with a TV, mini-bar, phone, and air conditioning. The guesthouse features an inner and open-air pool with seawater, to wich hotel customers have easy access.

Hotel Facilities comprise gambling house, inner swimming pool with seawater, conference sale, kitchen, transportation to the airport and Thailand massage. Kristal is also suitable for the diverse work occasions. The sea will afford you inspiration for creative solutions and glorious ideas. There are three meeting rooms, appropriate to design lectures and seminars for groups of up to 55 people.


Hotel Kristal features 2 restaurants: Allegro a la carte dining place with a superior vista, and Istra self - amenities restaurant.

Allegro working hour is from 12 am - 11 pm, and 12 am - 12 pm on weekend and during Italian vacation.

Istra is an internal restaurant where we prepare marvellous breakfasts, hot and cold buff and snack packages for hotel visitors.
It is opened each day 7-11am breakfast, 12am-3pm snack, 7-10 pm dinner time.

There is also a pastry in Piano brasserie, and Luce brasserie in Teatro lounge.
