General Information
Bungalow Vicina is located in the the center of Milna on Brac Island, at the upper of the great stone steps dominating the countryside. It's directly at the centre of things, near restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques, yet features a personal, walled park which protects it from hubbub and curious passers-by. As you stroll down the steps, stamped with the heritage of this spot, you get to the waterfront, by the clear bright sea. This classical Dalmatian stone cottage was fully restored are embellished in 2005 so that the original architectural has have been conserved. Brac Villa Vicina is a cottage which seems to enrich your spirit and exude still. You'll simply feel relaxed there. The cottage able to accommodate 7-9 persons conveniently. It includes a kitchendining areasitting suite, three double suites, two bathrooms and a disunite WC. On the 1st floor there is an open-plan kitchendining areasitting apartment, occupying 55 meters and a detach WC, whilst on the ground floor there are two double apartments and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, in the attic space with wooden beams, there is a triple apartment with a bathroom and varanda, with a generous vista of the sea and complete gulf. There is also a sea prospect from the ground floor. Bungalow Vicina features a park verandah (80 m) which is partially covered, an open-air hearth and park furniture for lovely gatherings, an open-air, privately-owned pool and shower and an orchard. To produce your visit on Brac Island as good as possible, we have furnished the bungalow with all the equipping you might need and the inside and grounds have been elegantly planned. To protect your tranquillity and solitude, Brac Villa Vicina is only accessible as a the whole unit, with park and pool.
