General Information

The guesthouse is centrally located in the center of the old city, in the "Courtyard Preservation Area" interior an old-time styled Hutong which means side street in the eastern part of Beijing. It is encircled by historical buildings built in the Yuan Dynasty, where much of the buildings built duirng the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties are silent protected. It takes just several minutes stroll to the Old bell stronghold and Drum Tower and Shichahai lake.

This marvellous property not just preserves conventional architecture, but further the tranquil and charming antique way of life for visitors to see. There are Tea Houses in the Courtyard, studies of the old classics and an open region for Tai-chi and chess playing. This is a ideal "home" for thoes who truly enjoy and love the Chinese heritage and antique culture.

It is constructed in a characteristic ancient Beijing architectural fashion with composed of quadrangle composing 5 courtyards. There are 2 stone lions sitting opposite the vermilion door entry, hospitable visitors from all over the world.

All rooms for guests are extensive in size, to reflect the authenticity of the historic period and keep the visitors comfort in mind simultaneously, they are exquisitely embellished and well equipped in the Ming and Qing dynasty conventional Chinese fashion with up-to-date facilities and well-equipped bathrooms. Every room is equipped with its own characteristics to reflect the uniqueness of the quadrangle infrastructure.

The foyer is little in size, situated in the major patio. It's also embellished and provided in a characteristic conventional Chinese fashion.

The restaurant connects to the major patio. Its decor is corresponding to the hotel's conventional architectures which creates a conventional dinning vicinage. The restaurant not just provides western cuisine, but in addition distinctive mouthwatering Peking dishes, such as Peking duck, dumplings, noodles, lamp hotpots, etc. Whilst having meals, customers could watch cultural performances such as the Beijing Opera and the acrobatics arranged by the guesthouse.
