The cottage is situated in the 21st. area of Vienna called Floridsdorf at the northern town border. Its peaceful location provides you all ameneties of a metropole and is also closeby the rural area. You can get down city directly by Tram within 25 min., the station is precisely infront of the guesthouse. By auto you can get to the town centre within 10-15 mins.

From Airport - Driving time approx. 20 - thirty minutes From the airport take the A four direction ViennaPrahaBrno. After approximately 15 mins take the exit PrahaBrno which will take you on the A23 and you're crossing the Danube bridge. Right afterwards take again the exit in direction Praha Brno. You're now on the A22. After approximately five mins take the exit Brno. Follow this highway to its end. At the 2nd traffic light turn left. You're now on the Brunner Strasse and after five hundred meters our Hotel appears on the right side. Garden your auto on our vast private car park.
